Algomage has shut down: where to take your event photos now
Algomage is no longer a photo sharing service. An unrelated gambling site now sits at its old domain. We checked on 30 September 2026. Google Play took down the Algomage app for Android, Algoshare, on 27 August 2025. If your events were there, you must pick a new place for them. You must find another service that suits how you work.

The state of Algomage
The app listing tells the story. AppBrain's record of Algoshare says it "was a photography app developed by Picsniff Media" and that it "was removed from Google Play Aug 27, 2025 and is no longer available for download". The Google Play page now returns Not Found. We are not linking the old domain, because what it serves today has nothing to do with photos.
Getting your photos back first
Find your original files before you choose a new service. If you still have your camera cards, the editing catalogue, or a backup drive, moving is just another upload. If Algomage held the only copy of an event, we cannot tell you whether it can be recovered. Nobody else writing about this can either. Check your own backups first.
The options still running
Pixieset is a client gallery. The other tools below all use a selfie to find each guest's photos. They differ in where photos go and how you pay.

Matching the option to the job
Photographers who used Algomage to sell photos need a gallery with a shop. FotoOwl, Kamero, and Memzo all let you sell from the gallery. A studio that wants its own app should look at Kamero. A conference organiser who cares about attendee marketing should choose Premagic.
AccioPix sends photos to every guest without asking them to install anything. It costs ₹0.20 a photo. There is no subscription. The first 20 credits are free, which covers 100 photos. These credits never expire.

Much depends on what you need. To sell photos from a gallery, use FotoOwl, Kamero or Memzo. For a studio app, Kamero. For every guest to find their own photos from one selfie link, with nothing to install and your logo on the page, take AccioPix, at ₹0.20 a photo.
Can I recover my photos from Algomage?
Begin with your own copies. Check your camera cards, your editing catalogue, and your backups. If Algomage held the only copy of an event, there is no public way we know to recover it.
