How it works

Scan, selfie, see your photos

The photographer uploads the wedding photos. The QR card goes on the tables. A guest points their phone camera at it, takes one selfie, and sees every photo they're in, ready to download in full quality.

No app, no account, no scrolling through 3,000 photos of other people.

Most wedding QR codes collect photos. This one gives them back.

Search for a wedding QR code and almost every result is the same product: a code guests scan to upload their phone photos into one shared album. That's useful for the candid shots, but it leaves the hard part undone. The photographer's photos still sit in one big gallery, and every guest still has to dig for themselves.

The AccioPix QR card works the other way round. It opens a selfie page for the photographer's photos, and each guest sees only the ones they're in.

The card is ready the moment the photos are

  • Upload the wedding photos to an AccioPix event.
  • Open Share with guests and tap QR.
  • Download the card and print it.

The card carries the photographer's logo on top and their mark in the middle of the code, with the couple's names and the link. Planners can give one wedding its own brand, and events without a brand get the AccioPix logo.

Where to put the wedding QR code

The card prints sharp at A6 and A5. Test it with your own phone before you print a hundred.

Selfie link or WhatsApp link?

Each wedding gets two cards. The selfie-link card opens in any browser: scan, selfie, photos. The WhatsApp card opens a chat with AccioPix instead, and the best photos arrive in that chat, with a link to the rest. Most couples print the selfie card; families who live on WhatsApp like the second.

Need a QR code for something else?

For the RSVP page, the menu or the wedding website, the free QR code generator with logo makes the same kind of card: no sign-up, no watermark, and the code never expires.

Wedding QR code FAQs

Is there a QR code for the wedding photos?

Yes. Every AccioPix event comes with a print-ready QR card. Open Share with guests and tap QR. Guests scan it, take a selfie and see every photo they're in.

Can guests upload their own photos with it?

No. The card delivers the photographer's photos to each guest. If a second photographer, or a friend with a good camera, should add theirs, invite them as a collaborator on the event.

Does the QR code expire?

The code itself never expires. It opens the event's selfie page, which stays up for as long as the album is hosted: one year, and you can extend it.

Can I put my own logo on the card?

Yes, free. Set up Your brand once and every event's card carries your logo, or give one wedding its own Event branding. Without a brand, the card shows the AccioPix logo.

Do guests need an app or WhatsApp?

No. The selfie card opens in any phone browser. The WhatsApp card is there for guests who prefer to get their photos in a chat.

What size should I print it?

At least 5 cm wide on a table card, and 15 to 20 cm on a sign people scan from a step away. The card prints sharp up to A5; for a bigger sign, paste the event's selfie link into the free QR code generator and download the large size.

Can I print it before the photos are uploaded?

Yes. The link works from the moment the event exists, and guests who scan before the photos are in are told to try again later. Upload during the reception and the first photos are ready while the party is on.
