QR Code Generator with Logo

Put your logo in the middle of a QR code and get a printable card with your name, a title and the link. Free: no sign-up, no watermark, no trial, and the code never expires.

Your QR code

PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, or paste one. A transparent PNG looks best; a logo in a white box works too, because the card is white. To cut a logo out of its box, use the logo background remover.

Off by default. Your card carries nothing of ours unless you tick this.

Example: paste your link Preview of your QR code card

How it works

Your browser draws the code: no upload, no account, and nothing of ours on your card unless you add it.

1

Paste your link

A website, a menu, a form, a photo album, a WhatsApp chat. The code updates as you type.

2

Add your logo and words

Your logo goes in the middle of the code and at the top of the card, with a title and a line telling people what they'll get when they scan.

3

Download and print

The whole card as a PNG for table cards and signs, or the code alone as a PNG or an SVG for your own design.

100% private. Your logo and your link never leave this device. There is nothing to delete afterwards, because nothing was ever sent.

Free, and it stays free

Many free QR generators make dynamic codes: the code points at their server, which forwards people to your link. That lets them count scans, and it lets them switch the code off when a trial ends, or put an ad in front of your link. The codes made here are static: your link is written into the pattern itself. No server sits in between, so nobody can switch it off, charge for it later or show an ad to the people who scan it. The trade-off: to change the link, you make a new code. More on the difference in Do QR codes expire?

Will a logo stop it scanning?

No. QR codes repeat their data, and this one uses the highest level, which can lose about 30% of the pattern and still read. The logo covers about 5%, on a white tile, so the pattern around it stays clean. What does stop a scan: a pale code (keep it dark on white), a code printed too small, or a glossy finish that reflects light. Scan it with your own phone before you print a hundred.

QR codes for weddings, parties and events

Put the couple's names as the title and a line like "Scan to see the photos", then print it on table cards, the welcome sign or the photo booth. If the photos come from a photographer, AccioPix's wedding QR code goes one step further: guests scan the code, take a selfie, and see only the photos they're in, with the photographer's logo on the card. For the photographer's side, see the watermark maker for putting the same logo on every photo.

Frequently asked questions

Is this QR code generator really free?

Yes. There is no account, no trial, no watermark and no paid tier behind the download button. The code is drawn in your browser, so it costs us nothing to make.

Does the QR code expire?

No. The link is stored in the pattern itself, so the code does not pass through our servers and there is nothing to switch off. It works for as long as the link it opens works.

How do I make a QR code with my logo in the middle?

Paste your link, add your logo, and set Middle of the code to Logo. A PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG works; a square or round logo fills the space best. No logo? Pick Initials and type your name.

Will a logo stop the QR code from scanning?

No. The code uses the highest error-correction level, which can lose about 30% of its pattern and still scan. The logo covers about 5% of it, on a white tile so the edges stay clean. Keep the code dark on a light background.

Can I change the link after printing?

No. A code that never expires is a code that holds the link itself, so changing the link means a new code. If you need to change it later, point the code at a page you control, such as your website or an event album.

What size should I print a QR code?

At least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide for something held in the hand, such as a business card. For a table card or a sign, aim for a tenth of the distance people scan from: 5 cm for half a metre, 20 cm for two metres. The card downloads 1200 or 2400 pixels wide, enough for A6 and A5.

Can I download the QR code as an SVG?

Yes. Code only (SVG) is a vector file with your logo inside, for a designer or a print shop. The card downloads as a PNG.

Is my logo uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser, on your own device. The logo and the link are never sent anywhere.

Can I make a QR code for wedding photos?

Yes. Paste the album link and put the couple's names as the title. With AccioPix, the code can do more: guests scan it, take a selfie, and see every photo the photographer took of them, with the photographer's logo on the card.
