The folder problem
Every event ends like this. The photographer delivers a folder with several hundred or several thousand photos. Someone shares the link. Four steps, from upload to chat
- Upload the album. The photographer or host sets up an event. They upload the photos from a laptop or a phone.
- Share one link. Put the event's link in the family group. Download its QR card for the tables. Send it any way guests already talk.
- A guest taps the link and sends a selfie. That opens a WhatsApp chat with AccioPix. The first note is already typed. The guest sends it, then posts a selfie.
- The photos arrive. Every picture of that guest lands in the chat at full size. It includes a link to their own album for later.
Privacy, in four facts
People ask about face matching first. Here is what happens. A guest's selfie is never kept. The software checks it only against photos from that one event. It never looks at other events or an outside database. Guests opt in by sending a selfie. Nobody is matched without doing so. The face data is wiped when the host deletes the photos, the event or the account.

Wherever guests use WhatsApp
AccioPix delivers through WhatsApp because that is where guests already are. By WhatsApp's own count on its About page, "more than 3 billion people in over 180 countries use WhatsApp". A guest in any of them can collect their photos the same way, and the photographer does not need to know which country anyone is in.
You pay per photo. There is no subscription and no annual plan. Prices show in rupees in India and in US dollars everywhere else. A new account gets free credits for 100 photos. These credits never expire.
The events it suits
Anything with a photographer and a guest list: weddings, engagements, birthdays, conferences and races, where a runner finds their photos from a selfie instead of a bib number. The larger the guest list, the more it saves, because the searching happens once in software instead of once per guest.
