This free tool is provided as is, with no guarantee of acceptance — AccioPix takes no responsibility for rejected photos or applications. Photo requirements vary by embassy and change over time, so double-check the official instructions before you apply.
Need photos delivered, not just printed?
AccioPix sends every event guest their own photos on WhatsApp via AI selfie matching — no sorting, no group-chat spam.
Every embassy wants the same three things: the right size, the head at the right
height, and a plain light background — but each country picks different numbers. Choose your
visa from the dropdown and this tool applies its format, from any decent
front-facing photo.
1
AI swaps the background
The same segmentation AI behind our Background Remover
cuts you out cleanly — hair included — and puts you on white, off-white, light grey
or light blue.
2
Your face is framed to spec
A face detector centers you and sizes your head to the required proportions for the visa you
pick — and the head-height control shows the exact percentage, so you can dial in your
embassy's figure precisely.

with cutting guides — 8 photos of the standard 35×45 mm size fit on one
4×6 print.
Private by design. An ID photo is exactly the photo you don’t want kept anywhere. Every step, from the background to the printable sheet, happens in your browser, so it never leaves your device.
Frequently asked questions
Is this visa photo maker really free?
Yes — free with no watermark, no sign-up and no per-photo charges. The AI runs in your own browser, so a photo costs us nothing and nothing needs to be paywalled.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The background step, face framing and the printable sheet all happen in your browser, and the photo never leaves your device — on older computers too.
Which sizes does it support?
Eleven common visa formats: Schengen, UK, Canada and Australia (35×45 mm), US and India
(2×2 inch), China (33×48 mm), Japan (45×45 mm), Indonesia and Vietnam
(4×6 cm) and Malaysia (35×50 mm). The head-height control shows the exact
percentage so you can match your embassy's figure. The single photo downloads at 600 DPI and
print sheets at 300 DPI.
How do I print the photos?
Download the print sheet — a 4×6 inch sheet fits 8 photos of 35×45 mm, and an
A4 fits many more. Have it printed at any photo shop or on a photo printer, choosing the
matching paper size with no “fit to page” scaling, then cut along the guides.
Will the photo be accepted for my visa application?
The tool frames your head to the commonly required proportions and gives you a plain light
background, and the guides let you fine-tune the framing. Acceptance is always the issuing
authority's decision though — follow their photo instructions for expression, lighting,
glasses and headwear, and start from a sharp, evenly lit, front-facing photo. This free tool is provided as is, with no guarantee of acceptance — AccioPix takes no responsibility for rejected photos or applications.
